We start off by saw cutting, and asphalt repairing the major problem areas (minimum 2 inches thick) then move on to filling and sealing all cracks 3/4 of an inch and wider. Now we spray a thick even layer of seal coat, let it cure and finish off wither precision striping and signage. Everything up to code always.
